Pricing Policy

At ChildBaby Care Foundation, we are committed to complete transparency, honesty, and accountability in how we manage contributions, donations, and project funding. Our pricing structure is not based on product sales but on the actual cost of medical aid, welfare initiatives, and operational needs required to support children and families in crisis.

1. Donation-Based Model

We do not sell any products or services for profit. All contributions received through the website are treated as voluntary donations towards ongoing medical, nutritional, educational, and emergency relief campaigns. Suggested donation amounts are based on real-time cost estimates shared by hospitals, care providers, or field teams.

2. Cost Transparency

For each medical case or campaign, we clearly mention the estimated total cost involved. This includes hospitalization, treatment, medicines, diagnostic tests, logistical support, and administrative requirements when applicable. Donors are never overcharged, and no markup is added to any treatment-related cost.

3. Zero Hidden Charges

There are no hidden platform fees, convenience charges, or processing fees added by the Foundation. However, minimal payment gateway fees (as applicable by third-party providers like Razorpay or HDFC UPI) may be deducted automatically from the donated amount.

4. Use of Funds

Every rupee received is allocated toward the specific campaign or case it was intended for. Surplus donations (if any) are used to support similar critical cases, especially those awaiting urgent financial help.

5. Refund Clarification

As per our Cancellation and Refund Policy, donations once made are not refundable, except in rare and exceptional circumstances approved by the Board of Trustees.

6. Tax Exemption

Donors receive 80G certificates for eligible contributions. Pricing and fund allocation are structured in accordance with Indian tax regulations and CSR norms under 12A, 80G, and CSR-1 compliance.
