At ChildBaby Care Foundation, we primarily focus on charitable activities and donation-based campaigns. However, in cases where physical items such as awareness kits, donor certificates, thank-you gifts, or campaign merchandise are involved, the following shipping policy applies.

All items are shipped within India only. Orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation, depending on availability and delivery location. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of items.

Shipping is generally free for all donor appreciation items and campaign kits, unless otherwise specified. In the case of bulk or special requests, shipping charges may be applied with prior notice and consent.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Please ensure that your contact information and shipping address are accurate at the time of placing the order. ChildBaby Care Foundation will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

We are not liable for damages or delays caused by natural calamities, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, if you do not receive your item within the estimated time, please reach out to us and we will assist you promptly.
