Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At ChildBaby Care Foundation, we deeply value the generosity and trust of our donors. Every contribution we receive is used to support our campaigns and beneficiaries in urgent need. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, a donor may need to cancel a donation or request a refund.

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of making the donation, and only if the funds have not yet been allocated to a specific campaign or beneficiary. To request a cancellation, donors must email us at childbabycarefoundation@gmail.com with the transaction details and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed only in cases of genuine error, duplicate transactions, or technical issues such as failed payment confirmation or incorrect amount charged. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the banking system. Refunds will not be made in cash under any circumstances.

Please note that donations made under specific campaigns which have already been disbursed or utilized cannot be refunded. Contributions made towards tax-exempt campaigns are also subject to regulatory conditions, and refund eligibility may vary accordingly.
